All staff must complete the following training during the 2026-2027 School Year.
Module 5: Substance Use Awareness
Module 6: Recongining Concerning Behaviors
Once you receive your certificates, please add them to the Google Form below. It is important to read the directions below to make sure you complete the steps properly.
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM.
All school employees must complete Module #5 & Module #6: https://pak12ssstp.org/training/

At the start of each module, you need to fill in the required information about yourself. Choose the role closest to your job description.
You will need to select PHILADELPHIA INTERMEDIATE UNIT and then choose the correct MaST school that you work for.
It asks for your PPID number. If you are a certifed staff member with a PPID #, please enter it there. If you are a support staff member and do not have a PPID then skip that question.
Click the 'Print Certificate' at the end of the module before closing and follow the steps below for saving the certificate as a PDF.
SAVING AS PDF on MacBook:
Click on More Settings, Scroll down to 'Open PDF in Preview'
Click File and Export to your Downloads
Click below the 'Add File' button next to the Module that the certificate belongs to and find the file under Downloads and attach.
DO NOT SUBMIT THE FORM UNTIL BOTH CERTIFICATES ARE ATTACHED!

Examines the Code of Professional Practice and Conduct for Educators and the Model Code of Ethics for Educators to develop an understanding and put into action professional and ethical behavior.
